REGULATIONS

1. TERMS OF BOOKING

You can book by post, e-mail, fax, telephone or directly at our offices in the Village. Periods are normally booked Saturday to Saturday for one or more weeks. In certain seasons, accommodation can also be booked for periods of less than a week . In this case the minimum of the stay will be of 3 nights. In the case of a stay lower than 7 nights an additional 40% charge may be applied.
The booking confirms the accommodation option and the period of stay, wherever possible any special requests for camping sites or housing units will be taken into consideration. The Management, however, may change the number of the accommodation option assigned to you even after receiving the deposit and after sending the letter of confirmation.
2. PAYMENTS
Booking charges and deposit must be paid at the booking confirmation. The settlement regarding the stay in Bungalow/Chalet or Maxi Caravan must be paid within 3 days from the arrival at the Cashier Office. As regard pitches the stay’s settlement must be paid on arrival.
CASH – HOURS: from 9 a.m. till 12 p.m. and from 4.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.
In the case of delayed arrival or early departure, no deductions or discounts will be applied. The arrival of a number of guests above the maximum allowed (even if children of any age) entail the cancellation of the reservation with the loss of the down payment.
3. BOOKING CANCELLATION
Cancellations have to done by letter, fax or E-Mail. In the event of cancellations, 80% of the prepaid deposit will be refunded except for the booking expenses. No refunds will be paid to clients who cancel their bookings during the 30 days prior to the start of the period booked, or who fail to arrive.
4. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

a. Guests in rented Bungalows/Maxi Caravan/ Chalets: Reception times is from 3 p.m. till 10 p.m. Inside the Village is admit only one car, parked close to the Bungalows/Chalets/Maxi Caravans.
PLEASE NOTE: Admission to the Village owned accommodation and entrance to the Camp site cannot be granted before 3 p.m. on your arrival day. Please do not arrive in the morning otherwise you may have an annoying waiting period outside the camp.
All camp-owned accommodation is provided with the necessary kitchen utensils, blankets, pillows and bed-linen with weekly change (every Monday from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m.).
b. Camping: Reception times from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. till 7 p.m. Min. stay 2 nights. For bookings the min. of the stay is of 14 nights from Saturday till Saturday. The pitch number can not be guaranted. Only one unit per site is admitted. Under no circumstances may uninhabited caravans or tents be permitted to remain on the pitches. Please communicate your plot number to Reception, in order to be easily contacted in case of necessity. Reserved eplacements can be occupied only upon the Management authorisation. It is forbidden to occupy, even temporary, vacant emplacements with vehicles or objects. Tents must be erected immediately after arrival. Pitches may not be accupied only by cars. Pitches may not be occupied by more than 7 people and only one tent/camper/caravan may be placed per pitch.

The check out (for both morning and afternoon arrivals) is midday for camping residents and 10.00 a.m. for house-unit residents. Failure to respect these deadlines will result in guests being charged for an additional day (daily price house/plot + people). The plot must be maintaned and leaved in order and cleaned (otherwise a 25,00 € fee will be charged). All guests leaving the campsite must settle their bill. Bills cannot be charged to third parties remaining at the Adriatico Village. For both accommodation and pitches the Management reserves the right to ask for up-front payment for the period booked. In case of failure to pay the account, according to the art. 2756 of the Civil Cord, will keep the caravan or tent in the camping until the outstanding balance, and this includes also the staying caused by distress, will be settled.

5. DEPOSIT
At arrival all guests must pay a security of € 50,00. This sum will be returned at the departure after the checking the state of the lodging (tidy and without damages).
6. LODGING’S CHECK
The check out must be booked at the Cashier the day before departure. Departure time should be communicated: on Fridays from 3 p.m. till 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7 a.m. till 10 a.m.
7. TEMPORARY GUESTS
Temporary guests (those who spend 1 or more nights in the lodge/emplacement of a resident guest) are admitted as long as the total number of occupants does not exceed the maximum permitted for that type of lodge. They must check-in and check-out at the Reception and sign the form provided. Variations signed by guests (resident or temporary) cannot be rejected afterwards, during payment. They must deposit a valid ID at the Reception until their departure.
8. OPTIONAL SERVICES
Wash Machine: € 4,00 – Iron (coin): € 3,00 – Cradle: € 3,00 a night. The beach (beach-umbrella and deck-chair) is not included. The entry to the Village involves the full acceptance of the stated rules and of any additional rule that Management may issue at its sole discretion at any time. Please note that non compliance with any of the above rules may lead to your being denied hospitality on the Village.
